The Following Information Can Be Added
Estimated Payment Vouchers (Form ES-40)
Used to generate Indiana estimated tax payment vouchers for taxpayers who expect to owe tax in a future tax year.
Underpayment of Estimated Tax (Form IT-2210)
Used to determine whether a penalty applies for underpaying estimated taxes during the year.
Application for Extension of Time to File (Form IT-9)
Used to request an extension of time to file an Indiana individual income tax return.

Used to report information passed through from partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and other pass-through entities. For more information please see this article.
IT-41 Schedule IN K-1
Used to report beneficiary information and pass-through amounts from an Indiana fiduciary return. For more information please see this article
Schedule IN-40SA - Injured Spouse Allocation
Used when a joint refund may be applied to a spouse's past-due obligations and the other spouse wants to protect their share of the refund.
Schedule IN-40PA
Used to allocate income and tax information between spouses in certain filing situations.
