You can view and print the three most recent prior year returns (2023-2025) if you used our software to file them. If you cannot find a prior-year return, you may be signed in with a different username than the one you used when you filed the return.
What prior-year returns can I access?
Tax returns filed before 2023 are no longer on file. You can access available prior-year returns directly from your account.
How Do I Access a Prior-Year Return?
- Log in to your account.
- In the Tax Returns section, locate the year you want to view.
- Select the three dots next to that tax year.
- Choose View.
From there, you can:
- Select Print to download or print a copy of your return (if available).
- Select Access 20XX Return to open that tax year and review or update information.
Don't See Your Prior-Year Return?
If your prior-year return is missing, you may be signed in under a different username than the one you used to file that return. Many taxpayers create more than one account over the years and may not realize a prior return was filed under a different username.
How Do I Find My Username?
If you do not remember your username:
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Select Forgot Username.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- We will send an email containing all usernames connected to that email address.
After you receive the username reminder, sign in using the correct username and check the Tax Returns section again.
Note: Usernames cannot be changed or combined with other accounts.
