If you are using the Premium or Self-Employed package, you are able to access our Chat feature during our normal business hours.
You must be within the return to access the Chat feature. Follow the steps below after logging into your account access Chat:
- From the Tax Home page, click "Continue" or "Access return"
- Click Help & Support from the upper right corner
- Select "I can't find the form I'm looking for"
- Select "I need to speak to a representative"
- Select Live Chat
- The hours of operation for Chat will be listed below the option to select chat.
