If you are using the Premium or Self-Employed package, you are able to access our Chat feature during our normal business hours.
To use the chat feature you must first be in the return. You will want to follow these steps to access Chat:
- From the My Account page
- Click "Continue" or "Access return"
- Click Help & Support from the upper right corner
- Select "I have a question about my taxes"
- Select "My topic is not listed" from the list of possible topics below
- Select Technical Support
- Select Live Chat
- The hours of operation for Chat will be listed below the option to select chat.
