If you need to send customer support a picture of a notice, a form, a bank statement, or any other document, you have several options.
- Snap a picture using your phone. Be sure the photo is in focus and legible (if a notice). Also, be sure the image is not taken from too far away. Otherwise, when enlarged, it may become blurry. Send the photo to support.
- Use a scanning app. Multiple scanning apps are available that will convert your camera into a scanner and allow you to send a quality image. Send the photo to support@taxslayer.com.
- Fax the document to us.
Can you send the document to the IRS/State with my return?
