Line 8 - Net Short-Term Capital Gain (Loss)
Enter your share of net short-term capital gains or losses.
Line 9 - Net Long-Term Capital Gain (Loss)
Enter your share of net long-term capital gains or losses.
Line 10 - Net Section 1231 Gain (Loss)
Enter your share of Section 1231 gains or losses.
Line 11 - Other Income (Loss)
Enter the total amount of any other income or loss reported on the K-1N. If the form includes a description or attached statement, retain it with your records.
Partner's Share of Deductions
Line 12 - Contributions
Enter your share of charitable contributions reported by the partnership.
Line 13 - Section 179 Deduction
Enter your share of the Section 179 expense deduction.
Line 14 - Other Deductions
Enter the total of any other deductions reported on the K-1N. If an attached statement is provided, keep it with your tax records.
Part B - Partner's Share of Modifications
Part B reports items that modify federal adjusted gross income or federal taxable income for Nebraska purposes.
