New Credits
The following credits take effect starting in tax year 2025:

- Qualified Care Worker Credit
- Disability Assistance Credit
- Aircraft Modification for Unleaded Fuel Credit
- Employee Ownership Tax Credit to Strengthen and to Thrive
- Affordable Housing in Transit- Oriented Communities Credit
- Middle-Income Housing Credit
What Credits and Subtractions are Expiring?
The following Colorado credits and subtractions cannot be claimed for 2025 or any tax year that follows:
- Carryforward credit for Food Contributed to Hunger-Relief Charitable Organizations
- Catastrophic Health Insurance Subtraction
- Certified Colorado Disability Funding Committee License Fee Credit
- Colorado Works Program Credit
- Credit for Employer Paid Leave of Absence for Live Organ Donation
- Employer Contribution to Medical Savings Account Subtraction
- First Time Home Buyer Savings Account Interest Deduction
- Income-Qualified Senior Housing Income Tax Credit
- Medical Savings Account Subtraction
- Non-Resident Disaster Relief Worker Subtraction
- School-to-Career Investment Credit
- Wildfire Mitigation Measures Subtraction
