Nongame and Endangered Wildlife Fund Donation
A voluntary contribution that supports Indiana's nongame and endangered wildlife conservation programs.
Public K-12 Education Fund Donation
A voluntary contribution to support Indiana public K-12 education programs.
Military Family Relief Fund Donation
A voluntary contribution that assists eligible Indiana military members and their families during times of financial hardship.
Notes
- State withholding and estimated tax payments are generally transferred from the federal return.
- Amounts applied to next year's taxes can only be made from an Indiana overpayment.
- Donations cannot exceed the amount of available overpayment.
- If the return results in a balance due, amounts entered to be applied to next year's taxes or donated to a fund will not be applied.
- Taxpayers should complete and save the Indiana return before determining how much overpayment is available to apply to next year's taxes or donate to a fund.
