After logging into your TaxSlayer account, follow the steps below to submit your question.
- Access your current year return
- Select Help & Support
- Choose "I can't find the form I'm looking for"
- Select "I need to speak to a representative"
- Choose to "Ask a Tax Pro" and follow the prompts to submit your question and choose how you wish to be contacted with the answer.
Note: Only Premium and Self-Employed packages have access to Ask a TaxPro.
Can a TaxPro contact me?
If you upgrade to the Premium or Self-Employed package and submit an Ask a TaxPro question, you can choose whether to receive the answer by email or by phone.
