To resolve the issue where the error code indicates 'Your amount due has changed since you started the e-file process', follow these steps:
- Click on E-File from the left navigation bar.
- Select Products and Services and say "no thanks" to all the offers (if applicable).
- Click on Edit next to Sign and File.
- Save each page as you proceed.
- When you reach the 'Let's get a few more details' page, click on the Sign and File button.
This should allow the return to be filed successfully .
