- Racine, Waukesha- 5.1% use tax rate - after March 31, 2020 it's a 5% use tax rate
- Manitowoc, Winnebago- 5% use tax rate
- Menominee - 5% use tax rate - after March 31, 2020 it's a 5.5% use tax rate
