For 2023, the total contributions you can make to all of your traditional IRAs and Roth IRAs is $6,500 ($7,500 if age 50 or older).
For tax year 2022, the IRA contributions limits remained the same as the 2021-2019 limits which are $6,000. Taxpayers over age 50 may contribute an additional $1,000, or maximum of $7000, as 'catch-up' contributions.
