If you forgot your username for logging into your account, go to the homepage and click the Secure "Sign In" on the right side of the page. On the next page, click the "Forgot Username" link. You can then enter the email address that is linked to the account and we will email you all the usernames associated with that email address.
If you do not remember your password, please go to the “Sign In” page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your Username, Email address, and Primary Taxpayer's Social Security Number on the page that opens and click "Continue". If the information you listed matches what is in the system, another screen will open.
Let's verify your account! We will send you a unique code to verify that it's actually you.
Under Delivery Options, select how you want the code sent (text or e-mail), then click the “Send Code” button. A code will then be sent in an email to your email address or via cell phone number depending on which option was chosen. Retrieve the code and return to the “Forgot Password” process. Enter the Security Code received and click Submit within the “Forgot Password” process and you will be allowed to reset your password.
NOTE: The code is not a new password. You must return to the “Forgot Password” process and reset your password.
If you have been locked out of your account for unsuccessful login attempts, you must select "Forgot Password" from the page that says you are locked out, as this is the only way to lift the lock. On the next page, enter your Username, Email address and the Primary account holder's SSN.
If the information matches, you will be directed to have a code sent either via text or e-mail (click Send Code) to confirm your identity. Once you receive the 6-digit code, please enter it on the right side of the screen and click Submit.
You will need to reset your password. Enter the new password twice and you will be logged out to use the new password to sign into the account with the NEW password. Doing this should allow you to successfully login to the account.
