How do I file the M1PR as a Mobile Home Owner?

For purposes of the M1PR form, Mobile Home Owners are considered both homeowners and renters. As such, you will need to complete: 

  • The homeowners section of the M1PR form using the PROPST form you received for your mobile home
  • The renters section of the M1PR form using the MN-CRP you received for the lot rental

What if I own the lot where my mobile home is located? 

If you own the property the mobile home sits on, you will complete only the homeowner information and skip the rental portion.
