How do I amend the M1PR?

To amend the M1PR, visit the:

2. +Property Tax Refund
3. Edit
4. Edit
5. Amended Property Tax Refund (M1PRX)

When is the amended form due? 

Generally, you can amend the 2023 M1PR until February 15, 2028, or 3.5 years from the date of the originally filed M1PR. 

Can I E-file the amended M1PR?

The amended M1PR cannot be e-filed. To print a copy, visit the Summary/Print section and follow the prompts for printing. Sign the M1PRX form and mail it to the address on the bottom of the form.
