How do I amend the M1PR?

To amend the M1PR, visit the:

1. State Section 
2. +Property Tax Refund
3. Edit
4. Three dots - Edit
5. Amended Property Tax Refund (M1PRX)

When is the amended form due? 

Generally, you have 3.5 years from the date of the originally filed M1PR to amend.

Can I E-file the amended M1PR?

The amended M1PR cannot be e-filed. To print a copy, visit the Summary/Print section and follow the prompts for printing. Sign the M1PRX form and mail it to the address on the bottom of the form.
