Can I Itemize on my Pennsylvania return if I claimed the standard deduction on the federal return?

No. The deductions used on a taxpayer's federal return are generally not included when calculating the taxpayer's Pennsylvania taxable income.  This rule includes both the federal standard deduction and itemized deductions.
