When will I get my GO2bank card?
Your GO2bank card is usually mailed out to you as soon as the IRS accepts your return; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive it.
Why are there no funds on my GO2bank account?
Your refund will be deposited onto your GO2bank account once the IRS has finished processing the return and released the refund.
I didn't select the GO2bank account. Why is my refund being deposited onto one?
When you filed your return, you chose to pay the filing fees by bank refund transfer (File & Go) and receive the refund on a card rather than by direct deposit. With this option, when the IRS funds the refund, the refund is sent to the third-party bank. The third-party bank will deduct the fees for using the tax program and their processing fee from your tax refund. The remaining refund is then sent to a GO2bank account as selected during the e-file process.
What should I do if my GO2bank Debit Card hasn't arrived?
If you opted for your tax refund to be deposited into a GO2bank account and have not received your debit card within 7-10 business days of the IRS accepting your return, follow the steps below:
Steps to Report a Lost, Stolen, or Missing Card:

- Do not make a selection when prompted to enter your card number or Social Security number to hear more options. Select the option to report your card lost.
- After entering your personal information, a GO2bank specialist will assist you with replacing your card.
