If you purchased Tax Protection Plus, please locate the enrollment email with the enrollment ID. The email would've been sent to the email address associated with your account and can also be found within your account's mailbox. Your mailbox can be accessed by logging into your account and clicking on the icon in the top right corner.
Once you have located your enrollment ID, use the link in the email or click here to request assistance. Note that you will need your enrollment ID to request assistance.
