To register for the first time you will need:
A valid email address
- Used for communications regarding your account
- Used for regaining access to account if you forget your username or password
- Used to send Security Code (Multi Factor Authentication)
- Used for emailing secure documents (can only be sent to email address on account)
- Cannot be linked to more than 5 unique Username IDs
A unique username
- Minimum length of 4 characters
- Cannot be changed - Tools are in place to allow you to gain access to the account in the event you forget your username.
A unique password
- Password is Case Sensitive
- Must be at least 8 characters
- Must include:
- At least one lower case letter
- At least one upper case letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (!, @, #, etc.)
Mobile Phone Number
- Used to send Security Code (Multi Factor Authentication)
- Used to contact individual (if needed)
- Check the box 'Verify my account with text message.', if you prefer verification via text rather than email.
Click 'Create Account' and you will now be ready to slay your taxes!
What if I already have an account created?
If you have already created an account, select "Sign In" to enter the Username and Password you previously established. If you are unsure of your sign-in information, select the Forgot Username or Forgot Password links on the Sign In screen.
