Electronic filing of prior year (2023, 2023 and 2024) federal and state returns is not supported in our program. The returns must be printed and mailed.
How do I print my prior year return?
To print your return from within the program, please log into your account that was used to prepare your prior year return. From the "Tax Home" page:
- Refer to Tax Returns section at the bottom
- Use the three dots to select View for the corresponding tax year
- Select Access Return
- Summary/Print(on left navigation bar)
- View/Print Return
- A pop-up of your return will show in pdf. format. There, you will be able to view, save, and print the Federal and any State Return(s) forms for that year.
Please be sure to sign your return and attach a copy of your W-2 statements along with any additional forms that have been generated based on your entries.
