When you log in to your account, there is a "Prior Year" tab on the "My Account" page that shows the "Prior Year" accepted returns that have been filed through the account in the last three years.
If you do not see the return you are looking for, this means either:
- You prepared the return (the year that you are looking for) through a different account (different username). If you are unsure of what the username might be, click here.
- You did not prepare the return through our website. It is possible that you may have filed through another service. Also, in some instances, users begin preparing returns but never complete the e-file process. Our service will retain copies of returns for future reference if the return was filed and accepted through an account. If you never completed the filing process, your account may not contain an official copy of the return that was filed (prepared through two different services but filed through other service).
- Our tax filing service only retains tax returns that were electronically filed and accepted for the three (3) previous tax years. For the 2024 tax season, your 2021, 2022, and 2023 tax returns will be available for printing if they were electronically filed and accepted. If you are trying to view a return prior to the 2021 tax year, you will need to get a transcript of the accepted return from the IRS and/or state website.
If you do not see the return that you are looking for, it may have been filed under a different username. If you filed through another account, you must login to that account (the one that it was filed through) in order to access it.
