To re-submit your return electronically, please click on the "E-File" tab located on the navigation bar on the left side of the program. You will be asked about your federal return followed by the state return. Be sure to confirm your selections and make any changes to your banking information and/or electronic signature information before completing the process.
Continue through the Electronic Filing process until you receive the "Congratulations" page.
Do I have to pay again?
There is no additional fee to resubmit your return.
How will I know if it is rejected again?
Make certain to check the status of the return, over the next 24 hours. Either log back into your account and verify the accepted or rejected status of the return(s) from the "My Account" page or read our automated email(s) sent to the email address associated with your account.
