We charge a non-refundable fee for using the program to prepare your tax return documents. The fee will be charged regardless of whether the IRS accepts or rejects your return.
Only your initial transmission is charged. If the return is rejected, future transmissions of the corrected return will be processed, and no additional charges will be applied to your account unless your account is upgraded after the initial payment.
The non-refundable fee applies to your account whether you choose to e-file or print and mail in the return.
