- Nonresident individuals may elect to recognize the entire gain from an installment sale during the taxable year of real or tangible property located in Maine. The election may only be made on a timely filed original return and, once made, is irrevocable.
- The amount of loss, deductions and other expenses of a financial institution subject to Maine franchise tax that are included in your federal adjusted gross income due to an ownership share in the financial institution that is a partnership, S corporation, or entity disregarded as separate from its owner.
- Amount claimed as a deduction in determining federal adjusted gross income that are included in the credit base for the Maine Credit for Wellness Programs.
