For your security your password is encrypted as soon as you create your account. Unfortunately, we have no way to provide you with your password. To gain access to your account, you will need to complete the "Forgot Password" process which will allow you to reset your password.
If you remember your username but do not remember your password, go back to the homepage and click the Sign In button on the right hand side of the screen. On the next page, click the Forgot Password link. You will then be asked to enter your username, the Primary Taxpayer SSN listed on your account, and the email address linked to your account. Once the information is entered, click on Continue and you will then be asked to verify your account by sending yourself a unique code.
Select either Text or Email to receive the security code. Then, select Send Code. A security code will be sent to the cell/mobile number or email address listed on your account, based on your choice. This is not a new password. You will then need to retrieve the code from your email account or phone and enter it in the field provided. After successfully entering the security code, you will be prompted to change your password. After the password has been changed, you will need to log into the account with the username and new password.
Passwords must meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 8 characters
* At least one lower case letter
* At least one upper case letter
* At least one number
* At least one special character
