How do I find Help & Support in the program?
The "Help & Support" tab is located in the top right of your screen when you are in your return. Click Continue from the My Account screen to see the Help & Support tab.
Within the program, select the Help & Support tab, followed by "I can't find the form I'm looking for," and choose "I need to speak to a representative." Choose from the support options available to you.
You can email a support team member directly from the link within this tab at any time during the year. If you are using our Knowledgebase, hover over "Support & Tax Tools" at the top, then select Contact Support.
Phone
The contact tab also includes the number to reach a customer service representative (706-922-6741). The hours of availability during the tax season are weekdays 9 am-9 pm EST, and weekends vary. Check the Help & Support tab inside the account for weekend and chat hours.
Chat
If you are using the Premium or Self-Employed package, you can access our Chat feature during our hours of operation.
