Within the program, select the Help & Support tab followed by "I have a technical question" and choose "My topic is not listed" in the drop down menu. Choose from the support options available to you.
You can e-mail a member of our Support Team directly from the link found within this tab any time during the year.
The contact tab is also where you will be able to access the number to talk to a customer service representative. The hours of availability during the tax season are also posted.
If you are using the Premium or Self-Employed package, you are able to access our Chat feature during our business hours.
Where is Help & Support in the program?
The "Help & Support" tab is located in the upper center of your screen when you are in your return. You must click on Continue from the My Account screen to see the Help & Support tab.
