What amount should I enter?
Enter the amount of Illinois Income Tax that was withheld from your household employee's income. Household employees are persons you pay to complete domestic work in your home. These include babysitters, drivers, caretakers, housekeepers, landscapers, etc. If you control what work is done and how the work is done (provides all equipment necessary) and you did not hire the employee through an agency, your employee may be a considered a household employee.
