We offer three options for changing the email address associated with your account. Each option depends on your unique situation:
1️⃣ Change Email from Within the Account
If you can access your account, you can update your email directly in Account Settings.
2️⃣ Use Username + Password + Phone Verification
If you know your username and password, but your email address has changed, you can receive the security code via text message and then update your email from within your account.
3️⃣ Use the Account Recovery Form
If you cannot log in and no longer have access to the email address or phone number on file, you will need to complete an Account Recovery Form.
👤 In the Account
To change your email address within your account:
- 🏠 Go to the homepage and log in to the account.
- 👤 From the top-right Profile Icon, click Settings.
- ⚙️ Select Account Settings.
- ✏️ Edit the Current Email Address and enter the new email address you want associated with your account.
- 💾 Select Continue to save this information.
📌 From the Edit Account Information page, you can also update your:
- 🏡 Mailing Address
- 🔐 Password (must be between 8 and 16 characters)

If you know your username and password, you can complete the Account Recovery Form directly from the login page.

Click this link to request an email change.
