If you are setting up your account and you receive the message "Sorry, there was no prior year data found for your return", this means that you are logged in under a different username (account) than you have used previously.
If you wish to pull-forward information from one year to the next, you must use the same username (account) that you have used for your prior year returns.
If you are creating a prior year return, information cannot be pulled forward from one year to another.
