2. Next, you will need to contact the Social Security Administration to find out what employers or taxes have been reported using your Social Security Number.
3. Contact your local Police Department and file a police report indicating your identity was stolen. Provide the police department with any information you have received regarding your tax returns and the Social Security Administration.
