When you get the requested e-mail, the attachment will be an encrypted zip file. Click on the attachment and download it to your computer.
- If you are using a Windows computer, it will unzip the attachment.
- If using an Apple computer, please download the program recommended in the e-mail for Apple products.
- If you are using a phone or tablet, you may need to download an App, such as WinZip for Android or iZip for iPhone, to unzip the attachment.
Once the attachment is unzipped, please click on the file(s) that was extracted. You will be asked to provide a password. The password is the primary taxpayer's social security number with no spaces and no dashes. You may also need Adobe Reader to read the file.
