Georgia has released the following information for the 2022 tax year:
All first-time Georgia income tax filers, or taxpayers who have not filed in Georgia for at least five years, will receive a paper check.
To check the status of your refund, visit the Georgia Department of Revenue website. Please allow 2-3 weeks after submitting your return before checking your refund status.
